I know that they have some nice dunes on which you can take your off-road vehicals (or any other vehical I think.) I was wondering if anybody has any information on the campgrounds or beach as I have not personally stayed there (only visited.) Any more specific information on the dunes would also be appreciated, as would the local attractions.

I do not know about the other areas (although I am doubting that there is a problem), but the campground seems to be fine.

Have the state park rangers gotten this problem under control?

We love the dirt trails for mountain biking. It has been a few years since we have biked the trails. Are these still around?

The best thing about it is that you get to camp right on the one of the beachs. Young children will also like the large playground at the other beach.

The campground is within a short walk to the beach. A little rocky, the beach is great for swimming and wading. Bring river shoes.

Make sure you get the lower campground or you will walk quite a distance!
